EXTENDED LABOR WARRANTY

Benefits:

Salters labor warranty extends the labor portion of the manufacturer's warranty an extra year and keeps the fireplace at its maximum efficiency and aesthetic.

Includes:

Off-season cleaning and safety check.

Parameters:

New purchases only. Must purchase the plan the same season as the fireplace purchase. The Exteneded Labor Warranty can be continued year after year, however cannot skip a year.

IN SEASON SERVICE CALLS

In season: August 16 through March 31

• Address specific issues;
• Billed at time rate
• Salters can also do cleaning and safety check while servicing.

OFF SEASON CLEANING & SAFETY CHECK

Off season rates apply: April 1 through August 15.

Safety & Mechanics:

• Check and record millivolt readings on thermopile;
• Check incoming and outgoing gas pressure;
• Check thermocouple/safety pilot shut-off timing;
• Check piezo ignition.

Clean & Tune-Up:

• Clean firebox, logs and burner;
• Clean interior ceramic glass;
• Replace all batteries;
• Replace all glowing embers.
