We scheduled our vented gas log set for servicing Monday,December 9th and are extremely pleased with the service by the technician,Chip. He was on time, efficient and explained the service he performed. Chip informed me of the reason we had smelled gas, reviewed the features of our gas log set and reset the gas logs to the perfect flame to our satisfaction. Well done Chip and thank you Kathy for setting up our appointment and reviewing the details of our service. We will refer our family and friends to Salter’s as well.

I just had my gas fireplace serviced for the first time since it was installed nearly 17 years ago. Jared Stong came to my door and was just so professional and fully of knowledge about the service he was going to do on my fireplace. He definitely deserves 5+ stars. We just had a new gas insert fireplace installed and are very pleased. Our saleswoman Jill impressed us from the first conversation on thru completion....she is professional, knowledgeable, Pro-active(! A customer service rarity in today's world) with suggestions of how she could help us, and also really listening to what we wanted and needed and then offering suggestions. The installation was timely, and that team also professional, skilled, careful, and thorough. We liked that they conferred with the office when questions came up during the installation. We are a round two customer of Salter’s Fireplace. We originally bought our patio furniture and in ground gas grill in 2001. It was time to update. Jenna was extremely helpful in assisting us in selecting our new in ground gas grill and furniture. Everything looks amazing. If you have natural gas in your home, we highly recommend an in ground gas grill. It is convenient and grilling in the colder seasons is easy. We are so pleased with the customer service and installation. We are looking forward to creating many more special memories with our new outdoor area.

I had a problem with the reconfiguration of my logs. I had to taken them out and didn't realize that it is very important to get them back exactly how they belong. I called a few different places I found on line. They told me since my unit was old (no manuals available on line), that I would be best replacing it. I called Salter's and Chris took the time to work with me over the phone. I sent him pictures of all angles of my logs and he did it!! He worked with me for what may have been close to an hour with the back and forth phone calls. You don't find that too often. When I am ready to buy I will definitely go to Salter's!!
